4.1 Account Management & Service Delivery

To create, maintain, and operate your slotplus account; process deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank; provide access to games and platform features; authenticate your identity at login; and send transactional communications such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts.

4.2 Regulatory Compliance

To fulfil our obligations under PAGCOR licensing conditions, including player identity verification (KYC), age verification (21+ requirement), source of funds checks, and transaction monitoring for AML compliance. 4.5 Marketing & Promotions

To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and event communications — but only where you have provided consent or where we have a legitimate interest in communicating relevant offers based on your account activity. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.

4.6 Service Improvement

To analyze Platform usage patterns, game performance, support interaction quality, and payment method efficiency in order to improve the slotplus user experience. This analysis is generally conducted on aggregated or pseudonymized data where possible.

slotplus does not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary for the specified purpose:

• TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the slotplus Platform.
• One-way cryptographic hashing of account passwords — slotplus staff cannot read your password in plain text at any time.
• Role-based access controls limiting data access to slotplus staff on a need-to-know basis.
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for staff accessing systems that hold player personal data.

slotplus will respond to verified data subject requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days with notice. You also have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated.

The slotplus Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. slotplus does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If slotplus discovers that an account has been created by or for a person under 21, the account will be closed immediately, all data associated with that account will be handled in accordance with our legal obligations, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR where required.

If you believe that a minor may have created an account on slotplus, please contact our support team immediately. We take this matter very seriously and will investigate all such reports without delay.

slotplus uses gaming activity data — including session frequency, bet size patterns, deposit frequency, loss velocity, and use of responsible gaming tools — to monitor player welfare and support our responsible gaming obligations under PAGCOR licensing conditions.

This monitoring may result in our team proactively reaching out to players who exhibit patterns that may be indicative of problem gambling, or in slotplus applying account restrictions in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy. This processing is carried out under our legitimate interests and legal compliance obligations and cannot be opted out of.

Where a player activates a self-exclusion or cool-off period on their slotplus account, we retain a record of that election to ensure it is honored consistently. Self-exclusion records are maintained for the duration of the exclusion period and for a reasonable period thereafter to prevent circumvention.

slotplus may share anonymized, aggregated responsible gaming data with PAGCOR and with research bodies studying gambling harm, in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

slotplus may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR requirements. When we make material changes — particularly those that affect your rights or the way we use sensitive personal data — we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes — such as clarifications of existing practices or corrections of typographical errors — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
