Any attempt to exploit glitches, use prohibited software, collude with other players, conduct chargebacks, or manipulate bonus systems is strictly prohibited. slotplus reserves the right to close accounts and recover funds in such cases.

slotplus employs industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, OTP verification for new device logins, and two-factor authentication options. However, slotplus is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact slotplus support immediately. slotplus will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the Account pending investigation.
slotplus accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing windows are as specified on the Platform's Cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
Withdrawal of funds from a slotplus Wallet is subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. Players must submit a valid, government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, Voter's ID, PRC ID) before their first withdrawal request is processed.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform's Cashier page. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Nothing in these Terms grants any other right or license to any intellectual property owned by slotplus or its licensors.
You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, modify, reverse engineer, frame, or commercially exploit any part of the slotplus Platform without prior written consent from slotplus.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slotplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if slotplus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
slotplus does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious components. Access to the Platform may be suspended at any time for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons.
slotplus's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
slotplus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in the Wallet may be forfeited at slotplus's discretion. In cases of voluntary closure or termination not related to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of all applicable checks.
slotplus may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to Player rights, eligibility requirements, or withdrawal conditions — slotplus will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect.
Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or administrative updates) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the slotplus Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the slotplus Platform, the Parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within thirty (30) days, either Party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, which are available to all players dealing with PAGCOR-licensed operators.
For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR channels, the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines shall apply.
